Pink!

Did you know that Pantone picks a color of the year? I am not a trend chaser by any stretch of the imagination, but I always like to see what the color will be! 2011’s color is called Honeysuckle and is a vibrant reddish pink. (I know. The honeysuckle I know is yellow, too, but there is a lesser known variety that is pink!) I think we all could use a little pink in our lives after this winter, even if it is called Honeysuckle! I most certainly could paint lovely pink flowers on your invitations and personal stationery in this shade. Did you know that the groundhog did NOT see his shadow yesterday and so it will be an early spring!
